Cancellation Policy
1. Scope of Services Our Doula Package includes support for various reproductive experiences, including: -Pregnancy and labor -Birth and delivery -Postpartum recovery -Abortion and pregnancy loss (Upon special request) Support may be provided in-person, virtually, or a combination of both, depending on the nature of the services and client preferences. 2. Service Availability -General availability: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Clients in the active birth window (typically 37–42 weeks) receive 24/7 on-call support depending on package purchased. All non-urgent messages will be responded to within 24 hours 3. Payments & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your birth on my calendar. The payment upon booking is considered your "down payment" and/or "first payment" of your plan. Full payment of package is due by 36 weeks gestation or prior to due date. No refunds are provided for services already rendered. In special cases a partial refund may be considered. 4. Cancellations & Missed Appointments Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule non-urgent appointments Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited. In the event we are unavailable due to illness or emergency, a qualified backup doula will be provided or discussed with you in advance 5. Backup Doula Policy We maintain a network of trusted, qualified doulas for backup coverage You will be introduced to a backup doula in the case that they are needed for your expected service window to ensure comfort and compatibility 6. Confidentiality & Privacy Your privacy is respected at all times. All information shared with me is treated with strict confidentiality and will never be shared without your explicit consent, except where required by law. 7. Client Responsibilities To ensure the most supportive experience, clients are expected to: -Communicate openly and honestly -Inform me of changes in medical care or personal circumstances that affect support -Actively participate in the planning and care process 8. Limitations of Service Please note: We are not a medical provider. We do not perform clinical tasks, offer medical diagnoses, or replace the advice of your healthcare team. Our role is to offer emotional, physical, and informational support and to collaborate respectfully with your chosen care providers. **By booking services through this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.**
